Vanquish is a two-person design and SEO studio in Nairobi. Since 2018 we have worked only with safari operators, luxury camps and lodges, building the websites and search visibility that bring their guests to them directly.
(01) Origin
Victor Mutua started as a web designer working across many sectors. In safari and hospitality, he kept seeing the same thing: camps and operators delivering extraordinary stays, represented online by websites that looked ordinary, ranked for the wrong searches and sent their best enquiries somewhere else.
The agencies building those websites were capable. They just didn’t know the market. They didn’t know how a luxury traveller researches a safari for weeks before making contact, why a private conservancy matters to the guest paying for it, or which searches turn into bookings.
Vanquish was founded in 2017 to be the studio that does. Safari and hospitality are not one sector on our client list. They are the whole practice.
